Total fail at pickup. Old broken rv, duct taped windows, literally!! I was expecting to transport an RV for the business, from one overloaded lot to another inventory needed location. I obviously received the RV that no one would rent, and originating location obviously dumped this albatross of an old RV onto someone else's lot for it to become their problem.

The car we drove had some service issues (it was pretty old too) but I feel like I didn't get fully informed. It's a cheap rental so I understand cars might not be super great, but I would like to be fully aware if what issues it might have before I get on the road.

Three bookings in the last week - first booking cancelled with 2 days notice, allowing me to rebook - booking 2 with Jucy was excellent - booking 3 - Travel Wheels Sydney cancelled after I spent an hour in their offices waiting to be attended to - took 90 minutes to cancel and incurred cost of $700 for last minute alternative route back to Brisbane by air. Customer care score for Travel Wheels - zero - treating me as a relocator as third rate citizen .

I didn't realize we needed to return the car with a full tank of gas. I was a first-time renter, though. It would have been good to know this at the beginning. Thanks.

More information on the Website about the Renter Car Company and where possible the Type of Car available would be an added advantage.
