The rental company didn't clean the car, there was food spilt everywhere and they seemed indifferent due to not being a paid rental.

Include covered insurance (the cost for decreasing excess from an absurd amount). It's kind of a hidden cost.

Perhaps a slightly quicker response because if I didn't get your car I needed to book something else. Other than that it was great.
