I just experienced that when I booked for a car the next day, I had no idea where I was supposed to pick it up. So I ended up not sleeping to well because I didn't want to come to late for the pick up.

The original request was for 2 days, and this is what showed on your web interface, but when we got to Apex, they had it as only one, wasn't a big deal, their confirmation showed only one day, but it was not highlighted so we missed it, anyway they extended to 2 days just cost extra insurance, so other than that, all good, highly recommend Regards Noel

Greater accountability of the rental companies i.e. if they've advertised a hatchback and that's what you've chosen, then that's what you should get - not turn up and get whatever they feel.

When I pick up the car, there was some damages on the car, but the atendent didn't tell me before and he didn't do the check list with me.
