Better customer service from discount car when picking up car. Eg being available at a prearranged time. Also not to have rubbish in car. Release credit card bond in a more Timely manner

Wasn’t aware that with Apex rentals I would need to refill the fuel but apart from that, great!

This was my first use of the service so I was very happy with the concept. I wasn’t really sure what vehicle I would get but the Camry was a delight to drive.
