Upon returning the car, I found out the address at Picton for Ace was closed, and when I went into the office in the terminal, there was no booth for Ace. It causes a bit of confusion, but it was good that the landline customer service assisted in asking me to pass the keys to Hertz. So just that minor hiccup on the location to be more specific in the future.
