24 hour confirmation. We booked within 12 hours of collecting. Turned up and thenrental company didn't have any record so had to rebook through their site.

There was a delay in getting the conrfirmation from the rental providor, but called them the day prior and they got all the confirmation resent which was great.

More accurate description of the rentals. The car I got was advertised as 2 days but from pick-up to required drop-off was a mere 18 hours. I would hardly call that 2 days.

The service you provide is excellent, however in my opnion you should only have reliable companies on your website. Our Lucky Campervan was in a shocking condition, dirty, smelly, not as advertised, missing airbags, doors not locking and so on. We ended up having to pay for accommodation just sent a complain which we will most likely have to take further. I understand that I should have done research myself as well but you would think that you would have some kind of criteria and quality check in place.

ADvise that my credit card unusable for 28 Days as $3500.00 is on it for Insurance. Any other business would remove this once car delivered. I do not think it is fair and it is not standard practice
