Hard to pre register with the companies details so saves time at check in. A pre register system would be great.

About the cancellation policy is there any leave way as per the actual rental company if I can cancel before 2 days then there is a charge but when I cancelled last time almost a week before I still got charged from the transfer car. So, I don't know how the policy works.

Drop off at Picton when taking the Bluebridge ferry is complicated and makes that ferry terminal more difficult to get to during out of office hours.
