Ensure driver is notified if a delay is expected before vehicle can be picked up. I was delayed 2hrs due to vehicle not being ready.

The only issue I had was with the Rental Car company, the issue was sorted quickly otherwise it would have been a ten.

When I picked the car up at the arranged time there was no one there I had to wait for 20mins for the place to open up in Dunedin. All else was great thanks

Service was good. Radio in this vehicle never worked including the USB which was problematic for us.
