Your website has pretty serious issues with functionality - I noticed several errors and broken features. And this has been unchanged for several months. Otherwise a very good service.

A little more transparency up front (when browsing cars) about the rental company being used. Just nice to be able to read reviews about the company before entering into the process of securing the vehicle.

The insurance excess is out of kilter and to high. I also didnt reaslise if I buy the extra cover when I pick up the car it is more expensive. Maybe I didnt read something. If I buy 2 days extra cover online and only use 1 do I only pay for one.

Standardise the format of the hire companies conditions, so that hirer can quickly/accurately ensure they meet the requirements for the relocation. This would also ensure that hirer can see what is included in the relocation ie fuel free ferry for car or car and driver.

Make sure to communicate to drivers the rules in person. Nobody told us about the kilometer limit, and also nobody told us about the daily insurance charge. We would have paid for less days if we had known the fee was based on days of transfer! I realize this was listed online, but it is good to repeat this information and would have been much appreciated. Instead we felt a little like we were being tricked. Overall a cool service and already have recommended to many - but also have listed these negative aspects.
