Transfercar offers a great online service. Have transferred a few cars now and there is a big difference between the hire care companies in regards to how much knowledge/information they have at time of pick up. Regards Duane

No. Only reason it isn't a 10 is cos I don't want EVERYONE knowing!!! Don't want too much competition lol. Otherwise you guys are great - systems simple @ easy. Other online companies would do well to use you as a model for there operations

Hi, My experience with transfer car was great. My experience with Apex left a lot to be desired. They made it extremely difficult for me to hire the car as they changed the ID requirement when I arrived, finally I was able to hire the car using my mother as the hirer (even thought she was not travelling with me). I was made feel as if I they where doing me a huge favour giving me the car and didn't treat me as a customer. They confirmed that I would be getting a SUV (this was important to me as I was relocating to the sunshine coast and needed the room. On the day they changed their mind and instead gave me a sedan. I will use transfer car again but just wanted to give you feed back on my experience directly with the rental company. Thanks Sanae

We had excellent customer service at every touch-point. Our only issue was that the “free tank of gas” process wasn’t explained but I already received email stating a refund is in the works and a notice has been sent to all locations saying to explain the free tank of gas. Thank you. Mark

I guess the only minor negative were the additional costs relating to insurance which I had not envisaged, and the various options re excess were complicated. Otherwise all good.
