i was overcharged at first but on the day pick the car i got that money back. The staff who give me the overcharged money back she was very unhappy because of mistake by staff memeber. She told me to write it in my feedback. The other thing which need to improve is comminication about ferry booking etc.

Staff at pick-up could explain features of the car, or ask if driver wants anything explained? Eg: having the cruise control / limiter explained would've been useful for me
