First you need More Honesty for the srevice. I hired the car in the apexcar and the staff told me you need to fill the fuel when you return the car. And if I had not kown that the fuel is free of cahrge, I would have paid the money. Second there are to much high insurance fee (over $2000), so I have no choice to pay the money few dollars per day. It's regretful a little bit. But it's true that transfercar is very nice~!Thank you and I look forward bettet service.

Offer return cars if possible. I'm a New Zealander, so sometimes I like to travel and it would be nice to be offered a car there and back to a destination if it were available. Also the possibility of transport be given to a destination to bring a car back. Thank you.

It wasn't very clear which rental company I was picking the car up from and the insurance was more than it would normally be if I was hiring the car

Price and check-in was awesome! But the car was dirty on the inside and outside. The light was not working on one side and this is so dangerous!! I was planning to travel during night, but no chance. I had to change my plannings due to this reason. The wheels could need some air too. But happy that I got a car from you though!
