Maybe if the hire company could take people to there accomodation for a small fee. I could not get a answer from the taxi firm, they just put me on hold for 20 minutes.

Only to let people know if they’re renting an RV. That it’s all set up for you to use and clean and ready to go. I wasn’t sure with it being a transfer if the vehicle was clean and had sheets, pillows, etc. Maybe it just needs to be more clear. Overall, it was a great experience, thank you.

The TC website said $1k deposit if using a debit card. The rental company called any visa/Mastercard a credit card and didn't charge me. Sounds like it was more like a 1k excess. Not complaining!

Ask the rental companies to show a map of the deliver address at auckland airport. My last budget rental transfer, the address doesn't connect to google maps and there is no signage at international terminal
