If booking time can be selected 24hr basis and branch opening hour can be accurate will be good, a lot of times I have to contact the branch to change the pick up and drop off time because it is out of your booking time

The bond amount wasn't too clear during the booking. It mentioned the bond requirement, but not the value.

Communication with the staff at the end of the phone was not very helpful. We had a problem putting the bed down and they really didnt know what to do or recommend.
