The options are great they only thing I didn't like was when the rental company cancelled my booking they didn't give a reason (AA Rentals), which was a bit annoying. It's always good to know why. But Eurocar were great!

It actually turned out for reals!! All I had to do was pay my bond, fuel, ferry and arrive at my destination on time! Did, did and DONE! AWESOME 1st EXPERIENCE!!

We were able to catch 2 relocations for 0$ and it was really easy.
Because there were issues with our email address at one of the rental companies the Transfercar support contacted us and was very helpful to solve this.
Thanks a lot for this great service - higjly recommended!

Transfercar is great, just some of the operators let it down. Like when a rental company says pick up and drop off is at airports but they are a $20 uber away from the airport.

The fine print is a KILLER on these relocation rentals.
These 2 major clauses should be in BOLD print, at the point of accepting the rental.
1. Vehicles over 2.8m tall are tolled like trucks on most Sydney toll roads. So a $10 toll becomes $30. added about $65 to our trip home - This is known by THL and it is very unfair not to tell people this.
2. You can;t drive the vehicles after sunset until sunrise.
Again, this should be in BOLD print at the point you accept the rental.
VERY, VERY disappointing and FRUSTRATING to not know these things ahead of time.
Do better, and don't hide these significant items to the public.
I'm absolutely disgusted with the shock of these massive toll charges that have jsut come through from THL, have emailed them and requested a phone call.
