Car rental companies to reply to applicants more readily. We had to call Omega at Christchurch Airport to confirm the transfer car.

I was given a different model and year of car.. old one.. alphard.. instead of outlander that I booked

When booking in we don't see the car to see any pre existing scratches etc. The car I had had a couple of nasty scratches on it when I got out to it from the airport.
