Long waiting time and multiple rerequesting a vehicle without getting and answer. No option to contact rental operator for questions before requesting. Vehicle was in a bad condition, no explanation, pick-up and drop-off through third person( never saw anyone from the company) but I guess the last points are due to the rental operator and not transfercar

I do not understand why as a driver I would be liable if another driver was responsible for an accident and damage to a transfer car.
