Staff rep at Christchurch airport was not so welcoming. I had to ask lot of things to get stuff clarified.

Make sure that all the car companies make it clear re insurance on picking up the cars as some are very clear on extra charges some not clear enough You do a great job. I've recommended you to many friends and family
