I applied with 1 transfer car to start with, and 24 hours later still hadn't received a confirmation. Then I applied with another one and still didn't hear back. It was only after I applied with a 3rd one that I finally got a response. It was all very uncertain and made it difficult for us to make plans.

Jucy car had a proble with a headlight and Sixt is trying to charge me for an extra day even though I returned the car on the date I was supposed to.

The car I got was not cleaned - floor of front two seats -and I was charged $10 extra for the second driver I needed, Other than these minor issues I had an excellent experience, and clear instructions so THANKYOU.

The guy that served me in Wellington Airport on July the 12th. Was a lovely customer service rep. He was very helpful and professional and had a great attitude to helping customers. I will remember that interaction with eurocars.
