not really - it was simple

Transfercar is fine it's the direction and support at the drop off point - Enterprise had no one at Rockhampton Airport - signage at Rockhampton Airport was terrible and very difficult to follow. Enterprise staff at BNE were very helpful as was the online customer service officer when I called twice to try to find out where to drop the car off at ROK. I'd certailnly recommend the service to my friends - I already have with the Bonza fiasco.

Nothing at all. Great car and excellent friendly pick up in at Dunedin Airport and the same again dropping off at Queenstown airport. 😊
