Yes, it should be easier to communicate, for instance about extra days or about pick up times that differ from the advertised ones. Sometimes there are cars sitting there that don't get taken and I could have taken them but a few days later. Thanks, really great service otherwise.

Maybe if you had the ability to differentiate between rentals where the insurance excess is different from the standard $500 for $25. This time I was told the excess was $750 because the vehicle was more expensive. The higher excess is understandable, but it would be good to know it before enquiring about the vehicle :)

The adventure with bargain car rentals left me over $500.00 out of pocket and the arrogant senior management were unwilling to help resolve the issue which left me stuck in Melbourne needing to find another way to return home.

More information on costs to be met eg insurance costs etc. Many people in my circle had never heard of transfercar, so they were very interested
