It was the first time for me to rent a car. The person who gave me the keys explored nothing. I asked a lot of questions. She was very friendly but I had to ask her if she could come with me to the car to explain to me. Would be nice for the next time when the person explains the car.

Budget rentals no longer accept Debit cards ($200 deposit). I don't think that's been properly communicated luckily I had my credit card with me. May be update that in the details. Thanks :)

Had bit hiccup with one of your suppliers- Budget who does not accept VISA debit, but only credit credit, however, we were never told that, so maybe get the supplier to inform the customer before hand. thanks
