Being able to cancel without a fee within a short time window after a confirmation and finding out what car is being offered.

One thing I could suggest, you could do a round trip? So say if I picked up a car or camper from Brisbane driving to Melbourne you could suggest a return to location. Especially for campers, people could do a road trip holiday. Just a thought, thank you for a great service by the way.
