I had the perfect experience . CHCH to QUEENSTOWN and another car for return trip. Excellent service from Rental companies, easy smooth process and loved both modern vehicles I was given to re-locate Made for a cheep get away with free tank of has included. Will certainly use Transfer Car again.

The car was very old and I was accused of damaging it which never happened. They also changed the drop off time after I confirmed the car.

When arriving at Greymouth I asked why I had been charged for three days and not two to be advised that because I had checked in for the pick up of the vehicle 10mins before my official pick up time I would be required to pay a third days insurance. After a discussion with a member of your management team the additional one day change was cancelled. My suggestion would be to advise any future customers to adhere to their exact time of pick up to save the need to apply an additional charge which causes stress and inconvenience.

You charge a bond of $150 taken from my account which was to be refunded on return of rental car. I would prefer if a card # to be taken and the withdrawal made in the unlikely situation that it would be needed.
