I was looking another car from Melbourne to Gold Coast but there is only 1500km and the whole drive is about 1700km. I was trying to look how much is extra KM but didn't find information about that.

I thought it was great. I would love to do a promo of how to visit NZ on a budget. I’m positive Transfer car could help me arrange a superb 12 day trip around NZ from AKL to ZQN and back to AKL on two campers. I’m keeping an eye out to transferable vehicles for the month of March

Delivery instructions were a mess. Maybe due to time of year but verbal did not match written. And could not contact company for clarification when arrived.

Avis did not provide detailed enough information on which outlet to pick the car up from. Transfer car service was good.

So, my first go with Transfercar was a rollercoaster! I was all set to pick up my campervan when they cancelled my reservation the day before. I was in total panic mode—I'd travelled and sorted everything out just for that van. After a crazy two-hour three-call marathon, the provider offered me a bigger ride (with a later pickup time than I'd planned tho). It all turned out fine in the end! I hope I can relocate more cars in the future.

Add a feature to ask the rental company a question, such as I would like the vehicle if I can drop it off at 7am Also make it possible to request 2 vehicles at once to increase chances of getting one, without being penalised if one of the requests is cancelled due to the other being accepted. There is no flexibility for last minute hirers with the penalties imposed in TC terms.

I was overcharged a day of insurance due to the company recording my drop off late. This has put a dampener on the experience. Otherwise great.
