Nope. Easy process. Only thing is the listing comes with a dvd player in the vehicle, but our vehicle didn't have this (3-berth from Jucy). Looks like they used to have them but have since uninstalled

Europcar cancelled the night before pick up at 8pm then proceeded to advertise more cars which were not in-fact available. They should not be allowed to falsely advertise cars for transfer knowing that they don’t have cars available.

When I go CHC to pick up the car, I been told my booking was canceled from rental company, but I didn’t receive email for that, but luckily the rental company give me the car after some friction. Better communication with rental company needed, and I try to call transfer a car regarding this cancellation, but no one answered the phone

The rental company basically pulled the rental on us at the night before and when we were about to board the plane in Brisbane. Was a despicable act from then and I will never use this service again.
