If there is an ability to negotiate on the dates, that would be fantastic. Understandably it's worked out around regular bookings, but the ability to contact the rental company via Transfercar would be great.

Conditions could be stated clearly - ferry booking, reimbursement, and tolls. However, the company I hired from communicated well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience this time.

Must have debit card use available! NOT credit cards like most companies. And bond NO MORE than $200. I had a company ask for a $6000 bond last week. What a joke! Won’t be using this again.

It was really good. It was my first time using transfer car, so would be good to know ways to improve your chance of getting picked? eg: if you select fewer days or earlier days in the available dates? Overall was great.
