After 5 days I have still not recieved my $500 deposit back. I was also advised by the rental company that they would refund me the ferry fare, but this has not yet happened.

Ensure the power supply is charged. We couldn't get the fridge cold till day 4 and lost over $170 worth of meat and food. Also an esky on board would be fantastic

Yes. More accurate information about the vehicle pick-up/drop-off location. It's not acceptable to say an operator is based at Auckland Airport or Wellington Airport when they are are 2 or 3 kilometres away and there is no public transport to get to the location.

The vehicle and the service received upon pick up was fine. However, the drop was not. Dropped off ontime but was charged an additional day and said I dropped the vehicle off at 12pm. I was at church during those hours. So that made my experience not so great.

The service and idea is great with Transfercar. It would be good to know if the car is actually going to be fully functional. Not too sure if that should be from your end. For e.g., is it going to be a defleeting car that will be out of the market or a fleeting car that is for customer booking. Would be handy to know.
