This was a very great, convenient and easy to use service. The rental company, however were unaware of the 1 free tank of fuel that was agreed in the initial agreement and I was subsequently charged. I am now still following it up from oversees.

Maybe ensure the Rental company knows that this is a transfer and not a normal rental.

There was a little confusion with the wording of the agreement as described between the TransferCar site and the rental provider. All in all the process was smooth and painless

Yes, rego and RUCS weren't current which meant going back to the depot, which ultimately put us over our ks allowance, which we had to pay for.
