Have someone answer the phone. No matter what option I tried in the automated menu, no one ever picked up and it eventually hung up on me.

It is a great system but availability for a particular transfer date obviously cannot be guaranteed. Great if your travel plans are quite flexible.

Yes, I tried to ring you as the rental car company had not sent me a final confirmation for the relocation. Tried three times and no answer from your end. In the end I rang the rental company and they verbally confirmed the relocation.
