Perhaps a bit more familiarity with the various electronics. I did not avail myself of the cruise control as I didn't understand the buttons. I feel with the variation in todays vehicles perhaps a how to document is left in the car.

It was an amazing experience. More upfront details about insurance excess and options would have been useful. What is included in your Campervan as a checklist is another suggestion.
