The service was good, however the $3,000 bond seemed a bit much. I also haven’t received this money back and that was a week ago.

I enjoyed tge experience, felt supported along tge way, responses were speedy. I do not feel the process has finished yet as I have not received my deposit back nor the expenses, so although everything so far has been excellent, there is potential for dissatisfaction if these are delayed or disputed!

I need to know before being made to commit to a deal who the rental company is. I had a very bad experience with wicked rentals and I do not want to relocate for them

Not that I can think of. It was so easy to request a vehicle and confirmation was fast. The rental company I acquired the vehicle from had amazing communication and made everything super easy. Thanks!

Respond earlier to the request, and the questions afterwards. And we paid 50 dollar for petrol included. But it’s not clear how it works. And we couldn’t refund this in the office, they just told me to send an email
