We had a motor home from Adelaide to Perth, but it had mechanical issues and we received poor assistance, basically we had to abort the trip and we are out of pocket hundreds of dollars. I suspect that because we didn't hire the vehicle they were not interested in helping us

The kitchen items, a utility knife would be nice to have, the tin opener didn't work which is almost always the case.

The car we transferred was very noisy. Road noise and roof racks. Would have give score of 10 if the actual vehicle was newer and more comfortable to drive
