You still paying for fuel and other different thinks. When we work for free, we dont want to pay or have more time with the van. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Better client record of existing damage on car on pick up . My paperwork only showed 2 areas of damage.

Just that the vendors inform us about particular aspects of the vehicle we don't necessarily know about, like the ignition in the Suzuki Vitara has an ?assistance or ?accessories mode....incorporated with the ignition on/off button which means the car is not properly turned off and therefore doesn't lock if that mode is engaged. The Vendor at Greymouth told me about this. thanks

One time when I requested 2 vehicles over the same time period (March 10th), after being accepted by one, I was not immediately cancelled for the other. I had to cancel it myself, which was a bit strange. But other than that everything is perfect :)

Offer is good, but my confirmed booking dates did not match those requested. There was too much back-and-forward admin/time required to firstly have the dates corrected, then be told by the rental company the booking was cancelled, before eventually sorting it out.
