The only thing, I don’t even want to call it negative, it was a bit hard/confusing to find the rental place in Auckland. The rental company didn’t have a branch of their own there and the pick up was managed by a „sister“ company.

The folks were 1 1/2 hrs late returning the vehicle, tho the contract says they can be charged $40 p.hr late return, there were no consequences at all due to fear of a bad review n loss of future revenue. This is a shame as no one learns to not be late. Transfercar were awesome n gave us an extra 1 1/2 hrs drop off time.

Have no idea of the vehicle allocated until pick up.Conceivably this could be a 3 tonne truck which would be unsuitable.Fortunately I was allocated a Kia Rio and was perfect.No additional comment until I get the bill to see how much I will actually have to pay.

48 hours is not the same as 2 days as it depends on when you pick up the car as to how the days work. You could have a system where it works backwards from the time you select to return the car to set a pick up time
