I haven‘t gotten my deposit of 250$ back after 3 days of returning the vehicle

When I left the car at Auckland Airport, it wasn't immediately obvious where I needed to drop it, and when I arrived, it wasn't clear what the procedure was or who I should talk to. I wasn't actually sure I had done it correctly until I received this email.
