when I went to sixt and was given the keys to car by SIXT at sydney airport I was given no instructions/guidance as to how to operate the car...it was a c200 mercedes and I had originally been advised by SIXT that i was driving a SUV which I was driven before...I think as part of the key collection process,SIXT should have someone around to assist drivers explain the basic operating instructions as the mercedes was much more complicated....I had to ask for help with one of the car park attendants and there wasnt many people around to assist..can this be passed onto SIXT.thankyou
