Improved accuracy in pick up/drop off locations would be great - the drop off for mine was not in Queenstown CBD as indicated initially, but rather out in the industrial area of Frankton, which does make a significant difference in availability of public transport and whatnot.

I was very happy. At the start it took a long time for someone to get back to me, when I was seeing if I could return a day later than stated. It worked out and I appreciated it but needed to know so I could book flights as alternative.

I refueled the car before delivering to Nelson as requested. I have delivered cars before, was paid to do so and never had to refuel. In fact 10 drivers each driving a rental to Queenstown were returned to Ch-Ch in a mini coach. Have the rules changed or do various companies differ? Regards, Brian

As a first timer, I found it frustrating that I received an email telling me to apply for multiple transfers. Only to have the one I want cancelled when I was accepted for an other.
