I’d prefer a voucher for ferry booking… I’m now waiting for a refund from Apollo… the system seems pretty loose.. no confirmation of when that will happen

The rental car company charged me fuel and a one way charge when I dropped my car into Queenstown which was not part of the deal with Transfercar. Transfercar relocation request (TCID 489685-1) with their own booking reference number in their system: 9926590938. This was disappointing and I had to alert them to my contact. Not your fault but it tarnished my experience a little. The car standard and staff at Christchurch were excellent. I would like to use Transfercar in Tasmania on 11 January next week. Thank you.

two moments - 1. on the website it was mentioned that access could be reduced for $20 a day, in fact the company said they cannot do this. offered me $30 per day and then reduced to $23. 2. it was mentioned that the car is available for 6 days when due to office working hours it could only be taken for 5.3 days that was very inconvenient, the the company requested to return the car by 3.30 pm instead of 8.30 am the next day

a way to send an urgent follow up if the operator hasn't confirmed rather than just waiting days. Also a way to contact the operator to see if there's flexibility in time or date without having to confirm the booking. many times I've found they are flexible with dates and times which could guarantee them a booking and help the renter.

The pick up in Queenstown was not very efficient and they weren't expecting the pick up. Very limited service and information. The drop off in Christchurch was excellent. The mileage allowance of 500 km from Queenstown to Christchurch is a bare minimum.

I am being charged for fuel despite being told I'd be given a free tank. I am not being reimbursed for the fuel even though receipts were presented and I have followed all of the agreed terms?

I have flexibility at the moment to drive, I am available for paid work on an at call or on call basis, also prefer if fuel was included for other relocations as I still need to get back home! All went smoothly but price of fuel is a killer at the moment! Regards Dave
