provide more specific information on what is actually included in the transfer. For example, I had a recent booking that notes fuel is included but it is actually only a $100 refund. Same thing with ferry cost. Says included but only $80 refund.

More information about the vehicle and road charges, especially if it is petrol or diesel and automatic or manual. I wasn't sure i will get petrol and automatic until i picked it up

Keep tp original pick up point .which was Queenstown .Had to change air tickets to Christchurch which was very expensive.
