Communication-The only thing I didn't know was that I had to wait for the rental car company to confirm, I acted on the email from Transfercar, who congratulated me on my winning the bid and immediately booked flights and the ferry. I had to, as the ferry was quickly running out of room. Arriving in Queenstown, the Sixt staff did not expect me but did their best to accommodate me. For a few minutes, I thought I would have to fly back to Auckland.

The process is very easy to follow and booking couldn’t be easier. The only feedback I would have is that the allotted time for a transfer sometimes means that a drop off would be on a Sunday where the receiving depot isn’t open or accepts returns meaning that i was forced to book/pay for an additional day which was a little annoying. Other than this, I very much enjoyed the process and Wilkins recommend/use transfercar again in the future. Excellent service

The agreement with the company regarding the tank of fuel has not been clear, on your website it put a free tank and then we had to pay for it, we are trying to get a refund and I think it will be impossible.

when i get there on time , no one in the office , and fuel is just less than half tank. ,and it seems the conditions is different from what i saw online . it shows there is 1 free fuel ,and 100 $ ferry refund when i drop it in auckland.

Clearer info on dropping off and collection. Nothing really given. Also definite times on dropping and collecting more expanse on options to allow for life challenges, traffic etc otherwise great!
