The motorhome had 185k on the clock; - a lot internal fixtures were loose causing a lot of noise - the aircon worked intermittantly - the brakes were slippery causing concern when stopping was required - suspension/shocks dead at least on the front - fuel consumbtion was excess We were absolute and totally wasted with the experience due bad road condition in some part compained with the motorhome acting like a tank...still recovering after 4 days non-stop driving.,..4 days was not enough for this particular transfer. A flight from Brisbanr would be way cheaper...we feel scammed by Apollo. Note. You have great staff both in Brisbane and Cairns

Hi, it is not transfercar to blaim, but: El Monte provided a wrong electricity power cable with the RV, we make it known to their helpdesk when we faced the issue directly after arriving on th 1st campsite on day one. They could not help us with alternatives because we were low cost customers anyway. When returning we mentioned to them that we could not buy/find this special connection cable or adapter, instead we needed to spend much more gasoline because of their mistake, but El Monte did not provide anything to solve their mistake because we did have that low rent... hopefully you can do something with this because this was very disappointing for us.
