Email confirmation and Ferry Bookings did not come through until after we dropped cars off, but everything else was 100% Thank you for a great experience 👍🙂

The actual transfer platform was impossible to use. It took us all day and the next day with alot of phone calls to transfer car support help. Was very frustrating to try and book and not being able to! Rather deal with the car company not through transfer car!

I don't know if this comes under your control but the agent at the car rental company messed up our paperwork and caused some problems for us when we returned the vehicle almost 21hours earlier than the allowance that we were given to move the car to the relevant destination. We copped a bit of flack for returning the car late when in fact we had returned the car early. All in all it was a positive experience for us and we would do it again and recommend it to others. Thanks for asking our opinion.

Everything was great but due to having a gas guzzling Prado from Sixt, it cost me $200 in fuel to go directly to Queenstown....I should have flown!!
