The lighter socket of the var I was transferring, did not work and I had no way of charging my phone - I did not know the area I waa driving to and needed my GPS (on my phone) so I had to buy a piwer bank along the way in order to ensure I don’t get lost… maybe a warning about the lighter not working would have been helpful, but otherwise everything was really great and I enjoyed the drive very much!

We had car booked for 11am pickup at CHCH Airport, 5 minutes before arrival we had call saying car not available till 4pm (1600)!! Fortunately, the agent at CHCH airport had another car that had not been collected we could use instead

It would be nice to be able to ask the rental car company questions once the relocation has been confirmed - perhaps about the vehicle (like “does it have a tow ball?” or “could I pick up an hour earlier?”)
