If Britz in Sydney didn’t try to get out of refunding the fuel expenses. Britz Sydney told me that because fuel wasn’t written into the contract, I’d have to chase it up with TransferCar and provide proof before they’d refund fuel. It did get resolved but only after turning into an argument with the manager who wasn’t interested in contacting anyone herself.
