I made a booking prior to lockdown, when i had to cancel i wasnt aware the deposit was not going to be refunded. So i instead asked if it can be held as credit as no doubt i will need to rebook at some stage. Asking for a little leniency during this testing time. But no... so for a $15 booking it has now costed me $50 more than my actual booking. In future maybe a bit of kindness and compassion would be nice

Cost of reimbursement for the gas. It should fluctuate due to gas prices.

I accidentally booked a car from a wrong location. Deleted in my account but was blocked for the next few days from making the correct bookings for that date. Found that frustrating. Could the it team look at that?

I noticed a lot of the deals for cars didn’t include the cost of the ferry. Plus all deals should include one free tank of petrol.
