It would be nice to be able to express flexibility when making a request, rather than having to state a particular date and time for pickup or delivery.

I was rejected for a couple of transfers that I applied for. It would be helpful to get feedback as to why one is rejected, so as to improve the chances on subsequent applications. Other than that, I have already recommended the service to a number of people, who have started to use the site.

Yes, have affiliates who are willing to adjust for return times when their premises are shut. Eg I was to bring a campervan back from Sydney Airport 4/3/2021 pick up 12:30 to drop off Fri 5/3/2021 to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport at 22:30pm. However where the Campervan was to go their office wasn't going to be open at that time on the Fri night, also not open Sat or Sun or the Holiday Mon. Because I was only allowed 3 days to return it and it was not my fault that their office was not open and they didn't have a after-hours drop off. They wanted to charge me for the extra days, which defeated the purpose of being the person just returning a vehicle. So it wasn't going to work for me and I cancelled it so getting the vehicle returned to Melbourne didn't work out for them either.
