Have some way to be able to provide a message to the rental company as often you want to clarify details or see if they are willing to negotiate certain terms.

Encourage more rental co.s to pay for ferry costs for the vehicler!. When you look at the encertainty anmd costs involved, most tramdfers are pretty poor value unless the deal includes free ferry ransport for the car.

Would like a copy of car faults/problems in our paperwork with anything we find before leaving added.So full disclosure reassurance wont be charged at droppoff for something we didnt do.Otherwise a great service to use!
