Would be great to have a phone number there so we could phone to check on progress of a request... but I appreciate that that’s mostly in the hands of the individual operators!

We had an initial difficulty verifying the credit card - a quick flash of the code on the screen, then a long wait for the code by email. Consequently we didn't provide verification for the first which may have compromised our first choice.
