Yes. I am still waiting the return of my deposit. It’s a lot of money to be missing from my account and it means I can’t take the next leg. So I’m effectively grounded until it comes back.

I transferred for Jimny who were really responsive prior to transfer but after I never heard from them again. I sent the pictures they requested and no response. They held $500 from credit card as bond and released it 5 days later. I emailed them 3 times about it (as I was on holiday and needed it) and no reply. My money was released though.

the email confirmation was confusing. The transfercar component said to pay at pickup. However the notes from Camperman below this said to contact within 2 hours. Unfortunately i only read the email up to the note about pay at pickup. Only realised the error when Camperman cancelled.
